Our learning guarantee allows students to repeat their courses completely free of charge (valid for 2 years from registration) according to the conditions specified in the description of each course. Courses with special discounts can also be repeated, but the difference between the offer and the original course fee should then be paid. Please enroll at least two weeks in advance! (see above every course).

You can repeat our professional courses for free according to the above-described condition and ITM Thai Hand Berlin keeps the right to cancel the course in the case of not enough first-time enrollments or any other reason, or cancel your request in repeating for free if the course is overbooked (then first we give the preference to the repeating students that reserved first).

In the case that all participants are repeating the course, the course will be adapted to the group of students and will be based on practice (because the instruction has been given already). Therefore the number of appointments will be decreased from 25% to 50%. The teacher will inform the students during the first lesson.

Entry: to be admitted to the workshops, courses, classes and retreats, you need to be at least 18 years of age or older and understand German, English or Spanish language. Our courses, classes, workshops and retreats are taught mainly in English (we also speak German and Spanish a.o. languages). The teaching materials are in English. If prerequisites are required, it is written on our website per course or workshop.

Teaching materials: the course materials including additional material sent online from the program for which the fee is paid, you may retain, but not use other than for personal study. Selling or donating teaching materials to third parties is not allowed. The copyright and intellectual property rights of the study are held by Thai Hand (where applicable).

ITM Thai Hand Berlin keeps the right to modify the course schedule and the conditions and requirements of the courses at any time and without prior notice.

Payments for courses and programs:

A deposit is payable to secure your place at the latest 2 weeks before the starting date.

Balance payment is due before the beginning of the course/program.

Payment in instalments is possible*:

First payment: 25% of the fee when you make the reservation.

Second payment: 25% of the fee before the starting date.

Third payment: The remaining 50% of the fee before 50% of the duration of the program/course.
* We charge 15% administration costs.

When you enroll for the course or program, you can choose the payment option, ask us.
Refund policy:

No refund after the course/program started.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Courses and programs with discounts or offers are not refundable.

ITM Thai Hand Berlin does not offer refunds if the unavailability of attendance to a course or class is attributable to any personal reasons; including sickness or unforeseen circumstances. In such instances, we can offer a credit note valid for the same course or class at a future available date. This credit note will be issued once the reason for non-attendance has been accredited and justified. Credit notes are valid for 12 months and will not be at an additional cost to the student.

Students may postpone courses/programs for up to 1 year without an administrative fee. Postponement of the course/program for more than 1 year will have a 20% administrative fee.
Certificates for students
Upon successful completion, students receive certificates of their course. Students of ITM International Training Massage School Courses, receive a certificate authorized by ITM International Training Massage School Chiang Mai internationally recognized and acknowledged by the Department of Health and Education of Thailand.
