Prerequisite: ITM Level 1 Nuad Bo Rarn or Level 1 Wat Po or basic knowledge of TTM

• Learn deep assisted yoga stretches to treat different ailments of the body

• Perfect for yoga and Pilates practitioners

• Good for yoga and Pilates teachers to assist students in their lessons to become more flexible or to treat stiffness and ailments

• Based on level 1, 2, 3 Thai yoga massage Nuad Bo Rarn

• Combats stiffness and improves flexibility

• Increases relaxation and meditation

• Upon completion students will be able to perform an effective 1-2 hours deep yoga for therapy massage, with deep assisted yoga stretches

Costs € 590,-

(incl: didactic materials, unlimited tuition, certification)

Thai Hand Berlin diploma/certification after successful completion of the practical exam.

You can follow this course as many times as you like without extra costs, and take the exam when you are ready.

Certificates for students

Upon successful completion of the courses, students receive certificates of their course.
